Good Morning Sunshine

Things have been a wee bit crazy 'round here, as you might be able to tell from the lack of post-age.

I STILL have not gone back to the gym, and I am beating myself up about it, even though I have managed to lose a few lbs. since my last visit. I am working full-time for the next week, so gym time is going to be mighty scarce. I hope to at least wake up early and do the sit ups and a workout video of some kind if I can't make it to the gym- evening gym sessions are not my cuppa tea, but who knows? I may manage it. I expect to be worn out though, after wrangling campers all day. We'll see what my numbers look like at the end of the week.

Still doing Slim Fast, and it is working great for me during the day, but evenings are another story. As usual, it's all about planning. A sensible meal is definitely not 4 slices of pizza. (Dammit!)
